Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the website 101stomatolog.com.ua (the “Website”) collects, why, how it is used and protected, and what rights users have. It is prepared in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.

1. Terms

Administration — the owner and administrator of the Website who determines the purpose and means of personal data processing.

User — any person who visits the Website or uses its forms.

Personal data — information that directly or indirectly identifies an individual.

Clinic — a dental clinic or dentist listed on the Website whom the User can contact through the Website.

2. What data we receive

We receive only the data the User enters into forms, and technical information sent automatically by the browser.

Appointment with a clinic or dentist

Name, phone number, reason for the visit and an optional comment. The selected clinic needs this data to contact the User and arrange the visit. Please do not include unnecessary health details in the comment — it is sufficient to briefly describe the reason for your visit.

Reviews and comments

Name, email address, title, review text and rating. After moderation, the name, title, text and rating are published on the page of the clinic, dentist or article. The email address is not published: it is used to contact the User about the review and to send reply notifications if the User subscribed to them. The IP address is stored with the review to prevent spam and abuse.

Sign-in with Google for reviews

The User may confirm a review by signing in with a Google account. We request only the basic profile (no access to email, contacts or other Google services) and receive the account identifier and name. The identifier is stored only as an irreversible encrypted code, so that one account leaves one rating per clinic or dentist. The name is published in short form (first name and the first letter of the surname). We do not store the email address, profile photo or Google access tokens. A temporary technical cookie is used while the review is being written and is deleted automatically when the session ends.

Ratings of the Website, clinics and dentists

When voting, the rating and an encrypted code of the IP address are stored only to prevent repeated and automated votes. The IP address itself is not stored in plain text for this purpose.

Request to add a clinic

Contact person’s name, email address, contact phone, clinic name, website and phone — used to review the request and contact the clinic’s representative.

Technical data and statistics

When the Website is visited, the IP address, browser and device type, opened pages and actions on them (for example, clicks on “Book”, “Call”, “Directions”) are processed automatically. For the Website’s internal statistics the IP address is stored only as an encrypted code, and browser data is used to filter automated requests. Clinics receive only aggregated statistics (numbers of views and requests), without data on individual visitors.

3. Purposes of processing

to pass an appointment request to the selected clinic or dentist;
to publish and moderate reviews and ratings and protect them from manipulation;
to respond to requests from Users and clinics;
to keep visit statistics and improve the Website;
to ensure the Website’s security and protection against spam and attacks.

4. Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of the User’s consent, given by filling in and submitting a form on the Website, and to perform actions requested by the User (for example, to pass an appointment request to the clinic). The User may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us (section 10).

5. Who receives the data

The clinic or dentist selected by the User — data from the appointment form. The clinic further processes this data independently as a separate controller.
Message delivery services (email, messengers, SMS) — to the extent needed to deliver a request or notification.
Technical service providers — the hosting provider whose servers run the Website (European Union), the Cloudflare website protection and acceleration service, and the analytics services Google Analytics (Google) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft).
Public authorities — only in cases and in the manner expressly provided by law.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for advertising. Some providers may process data outside Ukraine; in such cases the transfer is carried out in accordance with the law and the terms of these providers.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small files stored by the browser on the device. The Website may also store technical marks in browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage).

Essential — needed for the Website’s operation and security: protection against automated attacks (Cloudflare), a temporary session for a Google-confirmed review, a mark that fonts are loaded.
Functional — kept only in the User’s browser and not sent to the server, for example the list of recently viewed clinic and dentist pages.
Analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity collect anonymised statistics on visits and page interaction (views, clicks, scrolling) so that we can understand what is convenient and what needs improvement.

Cookies can be deleted or blocked in the browser settings; disabling essential technologies may affect some features. Google Analytics can also be disabled with Google’s official browser add-on.

7. Storage and protection

Data is kept no longer than needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, or until consent is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law. Published reviews are kept while the relevant page exists or until the User asks to delete them. Data transfer on the Website is encrypted (HTTPS), and access to data is limited to persons who need it to operate the Website.

8. User rights

Under Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, the User has the right to:

know what data is processed, for what purpose, who has access to it and to whom it is transferred;
access their personal data;
request correction of inaccurate data or deletion of their data;
object to processing and withdraw consent;
be protected against unlawful processing and against false or defamatory information;
file a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.

9. Children

The Website is not intended for independent use by children under 14. A parent or other legal representative may book an appointment or leave a review on a child’s behalf.

Please specify which data the request concerns (for example, the page with the review). We will handle the request within the time limits set by law.
