Terms of use
This User Agreement comes into force from the moment the User enters and stays on the dental site 101stomatolog.com.ua
1. Subject of the User Agreement
1.1 The site 101stomatolog.com.ua offers you its services on the terms that are the subject of this User Agreement (PS).
1.2 The Agreement may be changed by us without any special notice, the new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement. The current version of the PS is always on the page at 101stomatolog.com.ua
2. Description of services
2.1 The site 101stomatolog.com.ua is a single information service that offers users ample opportunities for quick and easy search of dentistry and dentists, information about dentists, diseases, and much more.
2.3 These services are for informational purposes and are provided to the User free of charge.
2.4 The user agrees that all services are provided “as is” and that the site 101stomatolog.com.ua is not responsible for the posted information of dentists and dentists.
2.5 Given that the services for the patient on the site 101stomatolog.com.ua are free of charge, the terms of this agreement and the rules on consumer protection cannot be applicable to the relationship between the User and the site
2.6 In order to use the services of the site 101stomatolog.com.ua, you must have a computer and Internet access (WWW).
3. Terms of use of materials posted on the site
3.1 The Site contains copyrighted materials, trademarks and other legally protected materials, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, musical and sound works.
3.2 At the same time, all content of the Site is protected by copyright as a work created by collective creative work in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine on copyright and related rights.
3.3 The site 101stomatolog.com.ua owns the copyright to use the content of the Site (including the right to select, arrange, organize and transform the data contained on the site 101stomatolog.com.ua, as well as to the source data themselves), except for cases, separately noted in the content of materials published on the site.
3.4 The User is not entitled to modify, publish, transfer to third parties, participate in the sale or assignment, create derivative works or otherwise use, in part or in full, the content of the Site.
3.5 The Network User undertakes to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
3.6 The Network User undertakes not to post on the Site and not to send anywhere through / through the Site any materials of the following nature:
– violating the law, containing threats and insults, discrediting other persons, violating the rights of citizens to private life or public order, bearing the character of obscenity;
– violating to some extent the honor and dignity, rights and legally protected interests of other persons;
– contributing to or containing calls for inciting religious, racial or ethnic hatred, containing attempts to incite hatred or calls for violence;
– as well as other materials that incite other persons to unlawful behavior, entailing criminal, civil and other liability, or in any way violating the provisions of the law.
3.7 The User undertakes not to place on the site 101stomatolog.com.ua and not to send through / through the site materials that are advertising of any goods or services without obtaining the prior express consent of the managers of the site 101stomatolog.com.ua.
3.8 The User undertakes not to use the 101stomatolog.com.ua site to advertise or otherwise promote the sale of any goods and services in any form, including, but not limited to, encouraging users to subscribe to another interactive service system that is a competitor of the 101stomatolog.com.ua site.
3.9 The user undertakes not to upload, post or otherwise use on the site any materials protected by intellectual property law (including copyright, trademark law), and other materials protected by law without obtaining the express permission of the owner of the rights to the protected material. At the same time, the burden of proving that the placement of materials on the site by the user does not violate the copyright, related and other rights of third parties to the posted materials lies with the User.
4. Responsibility
4.1 The site 101stomatolog.com.ua is not responsible for compliance / non-compliance with dentists and dentists of their obligations to the Client / Patient, as well as for the accuracy of the information provided by dentists and dentists. The site 101stomatolog.com.ua is only an information link between the Client and dentists and dentists, information about which is posted on the site 101stomatolog.com.ua.
5. Ownership of the site
5.1 The User acknowledges and agrees that the services of the site 101stomatolog.com.ua and all necessary programs associated with them contain confidential information that is protected by intellectual property laws and other Ukrainian and international laws. The User agrees not to modify, sell, distribute this content and programs, in whole or in part.
6. General provisions
6.1 This agreement is governed by the norms of Ukrainian legislation.
6.2 All possible disputes regarding the Agreement are resolved in accordance with the norms of the current Ukrainian legislation.
6.3 Due to the gratuitousness of the terms of this agreement, the rules on consumer protection cannot be applicable to the relationship between the User and the site 101stomatolog.com.ua.
6.4 Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as the establishment between the User and the site 101stomatolog.com.ua of agency relations, partnership relations, relations on joint activities, personal employment relations, or any other relations not expressly provided for in this Agreement.
6.5 The site administrator, at his own discretion, can delete the comment or information posted on the site 101stomatolog.com.ua.
